We manage a small number of exceptional private homes on Harbour Island and across the Caribbean, and rent them to a small number of exceptional guests. Everything in between — the marketing, the vetting, the lease, the money, the handover, the stay — is ours to carry, so that owning a house people fly in for feels no different from owning a house you simply live in.

How a booking works
- An inquiry arrives and is answered personally, the same day.
- We vet the guest and the group — who is coming, why, and whether the house is right for them. Some inquiries we decline.
- We quote, negotiate and draft the lease, and collect the deposit and rent through our accounts before anyone arrives.
- On the island, our team meets the guests, walks them through the house, and stays close for the length of the stay.
- After departure we inspect, settle any damage against the security deposit, and send you the stay report.
The guests we bring
Most of our bookings come direct, through our site, or through a handful of travel advisors whose clients expect the same standard we do. Families for the holidays, milestone celebrations, groups who return year after year. Guests are vetted before they are quoted.
What we look for in a house
We keep the portfolio deliberately small. No house joins it from a photograph: each one has been stood in, walked through and understood. We look for architecture and setting worth flying for, a house staffed and maintained to the standard its guests expect, and an owner who wants it cared for rather than simply rented.
